Review Our Specialities

For those suffering from chronic back or neck pain due to conditions such as a Herniated Disc, Spinal Stenosis, Sciatica or Spinal Fracture, the Spine Team at Plymouth Bay Orthopedic Associates consists of Physical Therapists, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialists and Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons. Our goal is always to first treat spinal conditions with a conservative approach utilizing Physical Therapy, medications or therapeutic injections. It is only when these modalities fail to provide adequate pain relief that surgery is explored as an option.

For those patients who decide that surgery is the best option, our Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Specialists utilize the latest advancements in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Procedures. These procedures allow what were once complex procedures to be carried out through an incision of just a few centimeters.
